Event keychains are offered in three bulk tiers: 200, 500, or 1,000 units.
How long does my Digital Profile last?
Your digital profile is designed to last long-term and stays active even after your event ends. This allows people who keep the keychain to continue accessing your links, social media, and contact information months or even years later.
You can update or change the links on your profile at any time. Link tracking and analytics are included free for a limited period depending on your order size, and can be extended afterward if you want to continue viewing engagement data.
What analytics can I see from the unique IDs?
You can track engagement from your digital profile dashboard, including:

- Social media clicks
- Call-to-action button usage
- Review link taps
- Overall campaign engagement
How does the tracking help my event?
The unique identifiers allow you to measure how your campaign performs after the event—showing which links attract the most attention and how attendees continue engaging with your brand.

Yes. Links can be updated anytime from your dashboard, so the keychains remain useful long after the event ends.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee for link tracking?
Link tracking is included free for a limited time depending on your order size:
- 200 Pack: 1 month of free link tracking
- 500 Pack: 3 months of free link tracking
- 1,000 Pack: 1 year of free link tracking
During the included period, you can view analytics such as which links are being tapped, social media clicks, review requests, and other call-to-action activity from your digital profile dashboard.
After the free period ends, link tracking can be extended for $19.99 per month to continue monitoring engagement and campaign performance.
